Employers liability – Covers your legal liability to your employees as an employer, up to the policy limit of £10m, including costs and expenses, there is no cover for contractual liability or fines and penalties.

Public liability – Covers your legal liability to others (apart from your employees), up to the policy limit of £5m. Any costs in connection with a claim are in addition to the policy limit of £5m, there is no cover for deliberate or malicious acts, or claims cause by disease, either pandemic or epidemic.

Temporary visits overseas – Cover elsewhere in the world when any employee is on a temporary visit to provide support duties to you, this does exclude public liability in the USA and Canada.
